Please join us for the Annual Women's Christian Yoga and Hot Springs Retreat: The Heart of the Matter.

At the core of every woman’s spiritual journey is her heart—her connection to God, herself, and others. “The Heart of the Matter” is a transformative Christian women’s yoga retreat designed to nurture your heart, body, mind, and soul. Through yoga, prayer, worship, and heart-focused teachings, you’ll explore how to live from a place of love, faith, and peace, grounding yourself in the love of Christ, while delving into healthful hot springs.
This retreat is not just a weekend getaway, it’s an invitation to rediscover your spiritual center, deepen your relationship with God, and find rest in His presence.

About The Retreat Setting Which Is The Beauty of Mt Princeton Hot Springs Resort

Your stay will allow you time to explore  the historic ambiance of the Bath House, where the soothing waters invite you to unwind and let go of stress in the Soaking Pool, or Exercise Pool. For a serene escape, wander to to the Creekside Hot Springs, where the gentle sounds of nature accompany your soak. Venture further to discover the Upper Pools, offering a range of temperatures to suit your preference. And don’t miss the breathtaking Infinity Pool where panoramic views of the surrounding mountains elevate your relaxation to new heights.

4 (Four) Accommodation Options

The following prices for registration includes your selected lodging, lunch Saturday, dinner Saturday, swag, LOVE, community, art therapy, Christ-centered yoga, hot springs and the resort amenities.  

1.  Single  Room  at Cliffside:  $725 per person

2.  Double Room at Cliffside:  $525 per person

2-4 people.  Each of the thoughtfully designed cliffside hotel rooms combines modern amenities with charming accents to create a welcoming sanctuary. You’ll enjoy vaulted ceilings, a spacious layout, and convenient mini-fridges for added comfort and convenience. Step out onto your quaint patio area to soak in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley below.

3.  Quad  (Small )Cabin:  $475 per person

4.  Hex  (Large) Cabin:  $449 per person

​Choose between a small 4 person (1 bathroom) or large 6 person (2 bathroom) cabin.   ​These cozy cabins come in various layouts, featuring either one or two bedrooms, along with a loft adorned with two queen beds, perfect for accommodating families or groups. Inside, guests are greeted with the warmth of crackling fireplaces, convenient stovetops, and indulgent spa-inspired bathrooms, promising a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  
Refund Policy:  50% (Half) refund of retreat if cancelled before January 1, 2025.  No refund after January 1, 2025.  Cancellation must be in writing by these dates to [email protected].
