Full refund of retreat if cancelled before July 29, 2022 . $170 refund of retreat if cancelled before Sept 17, 2022. No refund after Sept 17, 2022. Cancellation must be in writing by these dates to soletosoulcolorado@gmail.com.
YMCA Lodging Cancellation Policy:
Should the YMCA of the Rockies be unable to execute the terms of this contract due to Force Majeure, fees for any unused portion of the contract will be waived, and, if applicable, deposit amounts paid will be returned within 30 days of Force Majeure:
