We minister to the local community by offering donation based stretching on a yoga mat. Invite your friends, coworkers and church community to take advantage of a beginner flow class.
We can also bring F.R.O.G Pose to you by offering classes based on your needs. Whether it's to integrate sermon series', to yoke with live worship teams, deepen Christian book studies or Christian retreats, F.R.O.G. Pose is here to help.

Our Goal
To heal the local community through love by offering movement that inspires and lends itself to a deepening in relationship with each other and Jesus Christ, by focusing on the truth and character of the God of the Bible. Regardless of religious belief, all are welcome and all are loved. We marry faith and exercise by focusing on God's word while stretching on a yoga mat. We believe that creator God made us to be in relationship with him, with others and for striking F.R.O.G. Pose in community.
