Sole to Soul Women's Yoga Retreat was birthed to provide a fun and nurturing whole health retreat experience for women seeking to deepen their love for God and to help them reach the heights to which He has called.  What makes our retreat different?  We design a weekend get away for fostering transformation of body, soul, and spirit in a supportive environment.  With Christ-centered, alignment-based-all-levels yoga classes, Biblical teaching, art therapy, and community it's the breakthrough all women deserve!
