Stepping Toward Whole Health Day Retreat: A Day of Christian Yoga and Fun in the Rocky Mountains April 9, 2022

I an thrilled to see all of you who are signing up for our upcoming day retreat.  Any opportunity to spend time with this loving Christian yoga community, is purely my pleasure.

Sole To Soul Colorado, rooted in biblical truth, equips and aligns women in body, soul, and spirit through Christ-centered yoga classes and retreats, inspiring growth and abundant life.  That's who we are:  Kat Ackerman, Denise Stemple, Lorie Corrado and myself.

When the four of us get together to plan for events such as this, the time just flies by and the ease and joy at which we work together is so inspiring.  I can't help but feel God's presence and the Holy Spirit activating.  We are excited to offer a day of togetherness, yoga, a clean lunch demonstration, a light hike around the base of the Flatirons, and fun!
